It was shown on the confirmation page after payment and sent to your email. Listed orders start with GRO-, sourcing requests with SRC-.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 days from when your deposit clears. Your device is sourced and tested in the UK, then shipped directly to Nigeria.
When do I pay the balance?
Only when your phone physically arrives. Inspect it first, then pay the remaining balance in cash or bank transfer.
Status hasn't updated in 48 hours?
Tracking is updated manually by our team. If it's been more than 48 hours after paying and status is still "Pending", please contact us directly.
